Summer is winding down. Soon my daily routine will change to BUSY and a need for scheduling meaningful activities is imperative. Getting help from my resources has helped me come up with a manageable plan.

1. Daily devotions can include listening to the Bible. Here’s a resource  http://www.biblica.com/dm/index.php

2. Daily exercise routine can be approached in a 15 minutes blocks, or by adding an alternative activity several times a week.

3. Menu planning may include low sodium dishes, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a return to a more selective eating regimine .

My goal is to use these simple strategies during the upcoming months to maintain progress and to move me towards my phase four goals.

Today, at the advice of some very wise new friends with many years of experience in the music industry, I have decided to start my music blog. Why? Here’s why:

1. to introduce myself and my contemporary gospel music to the world

2. to build my fan base

3. to find out consumers’ opinions about contemporary gospel music and the cross-over/outreach appeal

4. to find out what consumers desire when they buy music ( bonus tracks, enhancements like lyrics, photos and videos, etc.) so I can plan the development of my cd project and live concerts
